At ITRRODDD, we believe in empowering individuals with disabilities and orphans to become self-sufficient and economically independent through our Livelihood Projects. Our programs provide skills training, employment opportunities, and support services to help participants build fulfilling and sustainable livelihoods.
Our Approach
Our Livelihood Projects are designed to address the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and orphans in accessing employment and economic opportunities. Through a combination of vocational training, job placement assistance, and ongoing support, we equip participants with the skills and resources they need to succeed in the workforce and beyond
Skills Training
Our programs offer a wide range of skills training opportunities tailored to the interests and abilities of our participants. From vocational skills such as carpentry, tailoring, and computer literacy to soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and entrepreneurship, we provide comprehensive training to help individuals develop the skills they need to thrive in their chosen field.

We work closely with local businesses, employers, and community partners to facilitate job placements and create employment opportunities for our participants. Our job placement assistance services include resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities, ensuring that participants have the support they need to secure meaningful employment.
Support Services
In addition to skills training and job placement assistance, we offer a range of support services to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve their goals. These services may include transportation assistance, childcare support, mentorship programs, and access to financial resources, ensuring that participants have the support they need to succeed in their new careers.
